Marva Rogers Obituary
She was surrounded by her loving family. Marva was a lifetime resident of Barberton, Ohio where she was loved by many.
Marva was preceded in death by her father, Marvin Cheatham Sr., and leaves to cherish her memory, husband, Joseph Lee Rogers Sr.; daughter, Jolese Antoinette Rogers; son, Joseph Lee Rogers Jr.; mother, Carolyn Cheatham, all of Barberton, Ohio; sisters, Lynette Talbert, Geraldine (Larry) Eddings of Barberton, Ohio, Rita (Charles) Stuckey of Bedford Hts., Ohio; three brothers, Marvin Cheatham Jr., Keith (Tanya) Cheatham, Kenneth (Cynthia) Cheatham, Michael Kenner, all of Barberton; god daughters, Olivia (Lamar) Roberts of Akron, Ohio, Rebekah William of Barberton, Ohio; special cousin, Barbara (Marcus) Board of Columbia, Md.; brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, much loved nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, April 27, 2013 at 12 noon at Liberty Tabernacle, 475 Frank Ave., Barberton, Ohio, with Bishop Melvin Maughmer officiating. Friends may call at the church on Saturday from 10 a.m. until time of service. Interment at Glendale Cemetery. Procession will form and condolences may be sent to 349 Joseph St., Barberton, OH 44203.

My heart was so heavy when I heard the new of Marva passing from this life to Glory only because I know she will be greatly missed by loved ones. I was so sorry and heartbroken to hear of Ann's passing. But knowing that she has made it into Heaven gives me comfort. Ann was always a person that didn't have much to say, but when she did you had better start praying hard. she was an inspiration to us all. she will be missed and loved forever.

Sorry for the loss of Mrs. Rogers. I met her at Imagine 5 years ago and witness her fight. She smiled til the end, I'm sure. Beautiful spirit and kind heart.
