Mary Selby Obituary
Mary Louise Selby, 87, passed away February 6, 2009.
Born in Akron, Mary has lived in the area all her life. She worked for the Summit County Board of Elections for many years in the voting booths. She was a member of the Akron Garden Club and loved to travel.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert and sister, Dorothy. She is survived by her son, Richard (Sandy) Selby; grandchildren, Mark (Tosha) Selby, Leigh Selby, Kevin (Traci) Hagen, Kelly Hopkins, Jeff Hagen, and Marc (Kristine) Hagen; eight great- grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Monday, February 9, 2009 at the Donovan Funeral Home, 17 Southwest Ave. (On the Historic Tallmadge Circle), with Rev. Dr. John Schluep officiating. Interment will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be 2 until 5 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
