Peter and Thomas; I am so very sorry and sad to hear of Marylisa's passing. I will forever regret having let so much time pass with so little contact or even a visit; but this for me is negligible compared with the crushing sorrow and loss both of you now feel. With all that my hope and prayers can deliver I wish you both peace of mind and soul.

To Peter and Thomas keep Marylisa in your heart for she isn't gone she is watching from afar. For God giveth and he takes away even though it hurts Marylisa isn't far away. She is back where she belongs and thats with the Father you see, Marylisa is at peace in the loving arms of our Lord, and you will see her when he returns to this world. I got to know Marylisa when I started to work at Rockynol she was the one I talked to when my father was ill. She was my strength and my rock when my father passed. When I needed a shoulder to cry on or just to talk she was there. I don't know if she really knew how much that meant to me, but I thanked her and she said, Let me tell you something about me. That is when she told me about Andy and how she almost fell apart but someone was there for her in her time of need so now it was her turn to be there for someone else and it just happen to be me. I think God put her there because he knew that I was a mess, but she held my hand and even cried with me when I fell apart. So she was an example of what compassion is about, be proud of her because that was what she was about. As for you, your comfort will come for the Father in heaven will replace the hurt with peace, in time you will be laughing and remembering her as she lived. I will miss her smile and her humorous ways for she had a way with words and she knew what to say. Peter and Thomas when you look to the sky just know that she is smiling upon you and saying... Thats my family and I'm so proud. May God bless you for your peace will come for the Father in heaven promised you that from above.
For God so loved the world that he gave his on begotten son, and who ever believes in him also believes in the father and shall not parish but have everlasting life.

I worked with Marylisa at Rockynol and she taught me so much - from things so serious - to the most humerous :0) - she always had a way with words!

I will miss her and my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time. God Bless

Dear Peter and Thomas,

I am so sad to hear of the passing of MaryLisa. We shared some good times at Maison Aine. I learned a lot from her. She was so proud of both of you and when she introduced me to you both, MaryLisa was beaming ear to ear.

Not only was she a very knowledgeable and compassionate nurse, I was proud to call her my friend. She also had to deal with a family member of mine when she was at Portage Path and was always asking how the next step was going.

May she rest in peace and be able to eat all the In N Out Burgers that she wants. When I was at Maison and traveling on weekends to the Bay, she told me that I HAVE to have an INnOut Burger and wished I could bring her a fresh one. The best I could do is a wrapper and a clean napkin.

May God in his infinite wisdom offer you both solace and comfort during the coming days, months and years.
