Maynard Leroy Nicholson, age 84, of Akron passed away September 7, 2021. He was born on February 3, 1937 in California, PA to parents, Ralph and Sylvia Nicholson (Pichard). He was a proud Navy veteran who had a passion for hunting, fishing, and fixing small engines. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Rose, of ten years; daughter, Tamera of Uniontown; son, Kenny (Lori) of Green; brother, Merle (Judy) of Kimbolton; grandchildren, Jeff, Joey, Chad, Dillion, and Seth. Funeral services 11:00 a.m. Monday, September 13 where friends may call from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. at Adams Mason, 791 East Market St., Akron, OH 44305, 330 535 9186.
