Michael Schake Obituary
Funeral service will be held Wednesday, 11 a.m. at the Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home, 566 W. Park Ave., Barberton 44203 with Rev. Mike Prebynski officiating officiating. Burial at Chestnut Hill Cemetery, Doylestown. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, from 6 to 8 p.m.
Memorials may be made to the Akron Baptist Temple, 2324 Manchester Road, Akron, Ohio 44314 or to the charity of one's choice.

I took this walking on the reservoir today. I didn't know him. He died years before I knew about the islands, but to one outdoorsman to another the sun looked like an angel and thought about the man that lost his life in the very waters I was walking on. Im sorry you guys lost him so soon. Have a blessed day.

Karen, my deepest condolences to you and your family.
Although I moved to Nashville Tennessee in 02 I lost contact with a lot of folks, I learned of Hal's passing just last year and I just want to say how sorry I am to hear about both of your brothers.
Both Hal and Mike will be missed by many. It is hard saying goodbye to a loved one, but the day will come when we all will be reunited again.
May God bless you and your family during this difficult time,
and may he send you and your family comfort and peace.

My deepest sympathy for the Schake family. Mike was my friend long before he was my Uncle. I will remember him and my Aunt Sherry everyday because Max is with me. God bless you and many prayers. There are no words to express my sorrow at this time.
