Patrick Anderson Obituary
He was born on April 4, 1965, and raised in Akron, Ohio.
Sgt. Patrick F. Anderson was preceded in death by his father, John Anderson, Sr.; and grandparents, Eld. James (Florene Scott) Hale. Sgt. Patrick Anderson leaves to cherish his memories son, Patrick and Ryan Anderson of Akron, Ohio; mother, Carol Anderson of Akron, Ohio; sisters, Carolyn (Theodore) Williams of Maple Heights, Ohio and Geri (Buckie) Butts of Akron, Ohio; brothers, John (Myrna) , Bernard, Micah, Emerson, Jeffery, Daniel, Michael Anderson of Akron, Ohio and 1st Lt Phillip (GiGi) Anderson of Mitchellville, Maryland; and a host of others relatives and friends.
Services will be held on Wednesday, February 24, 2010 at 12 p.m. at Stewart & Calhoun Funeral Home, 529 W. Thornton St., Akron, OH 44307. Friends may call at the chapel from 11 a.m. until time of service. Interment Rose Hill Cemetery. Procession will form and condolences may be sent to 447 Rhodes Ave. Akron, OH 44307.

To the family of my dear brother and friend: I express my deepest sympathies during this time of mourning. Patrick and I met in high school(Akron Buchtel). He was an avid practioner of the martial arts; instrumental in formulating "Buchtel's Demo. Team(It's Kicking!)" He inspired me to be a martial artist as well as a better person. His legacy to me is to go beyond what I think I can do today by being a much better person tomorrow. My legacy to him is to be an example to others as he was to me. Patrick's indomitable "SPIRIT" will always be a part of my life. What better way to honor my brother and friend.

In my many years of traveling back home to visit w/ the Hill Family, my relatives, I never met this younger man, whom so many are speaking admirably about.
