To my dearest Aunt, cousins, second cousins and all that were blessed with the gift of knowing my amazing Uncle Bob,
There is not a day that goes by that I don´t think about my Uncle Bob. The memories of his infectious laughter, his sense of humor, his kind heart and very loving soul helped shape me into the adult I have become.
Uncle Bob was always beaming with love and happiness. He was always the first to play a joke or come up with the most witty comments spur of the moment!
Uncle Bob was such a source of acceptance and happiness to our entire family and I so miss hearing him and Dad lightly sparring and joking every time we got together.
I will forever miss the unique, kind-hearted, gentle giant that was my Uncle. I am sending lots of hugs and love to my AM, my cousins, their children and extended family. I pray for calmness in your heart, love in your spirit and happiness in your lives. I love you guys so much!

As the anniversary of Bob´s passing approaches, I am moved to embrace Mary, Heather and Jessie in a lasting hug remembering what a dynamic person their husband/father was to all who knew him. I know all too well the pain they have in their hearts. Right now I can envision Bob and Bill embracing each other and sharing many memories, laughs and love together.

The BEST Uncle anyone could ever ask for. You knew when Uncle Bob was going to be there - fun times were to be had!! He had such a magnetic personality, a laugh that was contagious, and a sense of caring with humor that only Uncle Bob could master!!! The best Uncle a niece could ever ask for - I will miss him every day forever. My heart aches for you, Aunt Mary, Heather, Jesse....wish I could give you all hugs and tell you it will all be ok... Know that I love you all so much and feel my prayers for you every evening...find strength in being together at this time. Relish the beautiful memories Uncle Bob left for all of those he touched in his life just by being the amazing, bright soul he is...what a truly amazing man, husband, and Father...Love you Uncle Bob!

My heartfelt condolences to Mary and the family during this time of grief.
I remember Bob from High school. He was a year ahead of me and I didn't really know him well personally but he was one of those people that made you feel like you were close to him just by being in the same room with him. When you saw Bob coming down the hallway he always stood out, not just because he was taller than most everyone else, but because he always seemed to have a smile on his face and radiated a sense of easy going friendliness.
One day when the Beatles first became popular Bob showed up in class wearing a shaggy, moderately long haired wig and started singing "I wanna hold your hand". That was Bob. Sorry to hear of your passing.

I went to high school with Bob. He was the kind of guy everybody looked up to - not just because he was tall, but because he was such a very nice person. A good sport and role model, both on and off of the basketball court.
My sincere condolences to Mary and family.

I well remember selecting Bob to manage the start up project for the Luxembourg training center. He was a right choice and he did a fantastic job. We got a lot of laughs out of that project and they stayed with us for many years. This is a tragic loss which is only exacerbated by the current conditions. I am very sad it is difficult to memorialize someone so impactful as Bob. He will always be in my memories and for sure I will never forget that smile and ready laugh. My condolences on this very tragic loss for your family. He will be missed by many.

When Bob came to Goodyear we recruited him to play on our team in the intramural league. He was a player / coach on the floor. One of those players that made everyone around him better. Saw Bob through the years and you could tell how much he appreciated running into old friends. Just a first class guy! Rest in peace my friend.

Bob and I met in the 7th grade. Our school districts had merged, and as two students with names starting with the letter C, we were placed close to one another in our homeroom. So began a sixty year friendship.
What a pleasure it was to play basketball with him at Woodridge. But, his great friendship was much more important to me then that. Our lives moved us in different directions after high school, but on those rare occasions that we were able to meet up with each other, it was as if we have been together all along. I will miss him greatly. My memories of many wonderful times, will live on.
To Mary and the entire family, I am so sorry for your loss. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

As someone who played lots of basketball with Bob, it was always apparent that he was one of the really good guys! He will definitely be missed.
Prayers are headed in your direction.

It is with a heavy heart that I write my final fair well to my brother in law and friend, Bob Carlton. I knew Bob for fifty six years. Fifty one of those years he was my brother in law. I will miss Bob. To my knowledge he was an excellent husband and a great parent and grandparent. The love for is family always shown in his eyes. We didn't always agree, but listened to one another without judgement. I have many thoughts of the good times we had especially when we went to Europe and both he and my sister were our personal tour guides. I will never forget the many kindnesses shown to us nor the sights we got to see. I hae a lot of memories that keep popping up as the shock and grief settle out. I really regret that the conditions surrounding his passing precluded going to see him one last time. Peace be with you Bob.
