Robert Wolf Obituary
Robert Duane Wolf, Sr., "Rob", age 44, of Akron, Ohio, died on Monday, September 18, 2017 at his home.
He was born on May 3, 1973 in Akron the son of Mary Slaughter Burkett of Akron, and the late Charles Wolf.
Rob was a carpet installer for Summit Flooring. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He liked eagles and wolves. But his greatest joy was spending time with his children.
In addition to his mother, other survivors include his stepfather, Donald Burkett; his wife, the former Shelly Swain; his children, Robert Duane Wolf, Jr. and Alissa Wolf; his two stepchildren, Troy Clark and Alyshia Clark; his siblings, Kenneth Slaughter, Teresa Shaw, Candy Johnson, Mike Burkett, Delores Smith, Kimberly Boal, Charlene Miller, and Jena Carbone; and several nieces and nephews also survive.
Family and friends may visit at the Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 North Canton Road, Akron, on Friday, September 22, 2017 from 5 to 7 p.m.
Following visitation, Rob will be cremated.
