Rodger Brown Obituary
"Whiskers" Brown
Rodger C. Brown (Whiskers), 73 years, of Akron went home to be with the Lord November 11, 2017. A life resident of the area, Rodger was a machinic at P.I.E. for over 15 years.
He was an active member of Coventry-Akron Lodge #83 F&AM, Cuyahoga Falls Chapter #225 Royal Arch Masons, AASR Valley of Akron, Yusef Khan Grotto, Tadmor Shrine and ROJ Court #80.
Preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Thelma Bennett Brown, he is survived by his loving caretaker, Alice Felton; favorite father-in-law, Monark Johnson; among many cousins, special cousin, Juanita Thomas and a host of friends.
Friends may call 6-8PM, Monday, November 27, 2017 at Tadmor Shrine, 3000 Krebs Dr., Akron, 44319, where Masonic service will be 7:30 p.m. Private family burial. For those that wish memorial contributions may be made to Erie Shrine Hospital care of Tadmor Shrine.
