L. Harris
Rev. Ronald L. Harris was called to his eternal home on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at Barberton Citizens Hospital. He was born on August 7, 1941 in St. Louis, Missouri to the late Louis and Louise Harris. In 1974 he married Katie (McNeil) Harris.
Celebration of life service will be held on TODAY, Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church, 1225 V. Odom Blvd., Akron, Ohio 44320. Pastor Gregory Harris, eulogizing and Bishop Marc Neal, officiating. Interment at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery on Thursday, March 30, 2017. Procession will form and condolences may be sent to 363 Elson Ave., Barberton, Ohio 44203.

To the Harris family You have my deepest sympathy. I am praying for you all.I enjoyed Rev. Harris he was faithful a GOD fearing man he would go to the nursing home and have church with the sick. Which I know it was appreciated rest on Rev. Harris.

So sorry for your loss. I had the pleasure of working with Ron at MTC and considered him a dear friend. He comforted my family during my father's illness and death 18 years ago. His kind words and deeds will always be remembered. He came to our home and prayed with Dad. I still remember the kind words he shared with us. Such a good man! God bless you all. You are in my families thoughts and prayers.
