I was so sorry to learn of Sharon's death. It was such a nice surprise to see you both at the new fire station open house for retires. Our times and memories together at the station are very dear to me.

Dear Abood family, my thoughts and prayers are with you at this time of sorrow. Sharon was not only a cousin but a dear friend and will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Sharon we were going to have a big family reunion and celabrate, now this will have to wait as you are having the biggest reunion of them all with the family members who have passed over some day we will reunite and have that party I promise. I have so many lovely memories of the time I spent with Aunt Sharon from long ago to this past year. We always had fun!~ She had a great laugh, smile and personality. She was a caring teacher, a great artist, cook, and a wonderful aunt.

I am so sorry to hear about Mrs. Aboods passing. She was a wonderful woman who always had an ear to lend and a smile to give. I still remember how kind she was to all of us neighborhood kids back in Suffield. I am thankful for all of the wonderful memories that I have from time I spent with your family.

Was shocked and saddened to hear of the passing of Mrs. Abood. Although I have not seen the family in many years, I spent many a day at their house as a child as they were our neighbors on Trares Road in Suffield. Our sincerest sympathy goes out to the family.

I am very sorry to learn of Sharon's passing. For those who don't know, I went to grade school with Walter. I did not know Sharon but after reading all of the wonderful postings on this sight, I feel like I know her better. She must have been a very loving and caring person. Walt and family. I was so saddened this morning when I learned of Sharon's passing. I am so sorry that we have not seen each other in 30 years. She was such a wonderful friend over many years. It was so nice to reconnect on line. She shared with me how proud she was of her family. Sharon was a warm, kind and caring woman and a dear member of the arts community we both belonged to. She was loved by many and was quick with comfort, advice or a helping hand. Her presence brightened the lives it touched. I will miss her.

I knew Sharon from Lampwork Etc and Torchbugs. She was a really nice friendly sensitive person. I am terribly sad to hear of her passing. All my sympathy goes out to Walt and the family.

My heart has a little ache this morning. Sharon was a dear glassy, jewelry, and forum friend. We enjoyed sharing our interests and even traded one anothers jewelry creations. She will be dearly missed among all her crafty friends. My thoughts and prayers go out to all her family and friends. A bright light in the crafting world has dimmed in her passing.

I met Sharon on Lampwork Etc (LE) several years ago and she and I would share quips back and forth. She was a personal source of understanding and care when my husband was diagnosed with Lung Cancer and she would check in with me daily and offered me love and support and laughter through a tough time.
