Sheridan "Russ"

Crooks

Sheridan "Russ" Crooks passed away Oct. 15, 2004, at his home in Mogadore.

He was born in Telluride, Colo., 88 years ago. He was educated at the Univer sity of Colorado and M.I.T. Dear Duncan & Collette:

So sorry to hear about the death of your father. I had the pleasure of meeting him when I came for a visit years ago when Duncan & Maggie were first married. Your father was very hospitable and charming. May God bless and comfort you and your families at this time.

Blessings, your sister-in-law,

Fran

We have never met but Russ was a

fellow submariner and as such was

and forever will be an honored

"shipmate".

Someday he and I will meet while

on Eternal Patrol and may God look

favorably on us all.

My condolences to his family.

Duncan & Collette:

I hope that the wonderful memories of your father, whom I had the great pleasure of meeting, will comfort you in this difficult time. I found him to be a very kind and generous man. My thoughts are with you both, as well as with your mother.
