Theodore Coad Obituary
Theodore M. "Ted" Coad, 64, passed away January 13, 2017.
Born in Canton, Ohio, Ted was a resident of Stow for 25 years before moving to Brimfield Township. Ted was an avid golfer and was employed by GoJo Industries for over 30 years.
Preceded in death by his father, William E. Coad, he is survived by his wife of 42 years, Edith "Edie" Coad; daughter, Cheryl (Chris) Goodheart; granddaughter, Abigale "Abbey"; mother, Joanne Coad; sister, Cathy Harrington and brother, Fred Coad, all from Carrollton, Ohio; brother-in-law, Tom (Jayne) Abernathy; sisters-in-law, Vickie (Jerry) Parsons, Linda (Jim) Fischbach; and many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Friends are invited to Redmon Funeral Home, 3633 Darrow Road, Stow for visitation Monday, January 16, 2017 from 5 to 8 p.m., where funeral service will be held Tuesday, January 17 at 11 a.m. Burial to follow at Silver Springs Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Cancer Society, 525 North Broad St., Canfield, Ohio 44406. 330-688-6631

I'm so sorry to hear of Ted's passing. I worked with him at GoJo about 15 yrs ago and what a nice man he always was. He was a joy to speak with. He talked about his family often and was very proud of them. Your family will be in my thoughts through this difficult time.

I worked with Ted over 30 years. I have never met anyone who did not like him. He was always so happy and full of laughter. He was a great friend everyone will miss him. Rest in peace Ted. So sorry to his family for their los, it is a Huge loss, but years of great memories.

Ted and I worked 13 yrs together, he trained me to be a great printer. I was hurt when I heard of his loss. God just got another angel. RIP my good friend.

Ted was a Great Friend for over 20 years, I worked with him for the last 23. We played golf together and shared many laughs. He will be missed, and I feel I was Blessed to have known him. Rest in peace my friend.
