A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, March 23, 2013, 10:30 a.m. at Grace Bible Church, 5781 Manchester Rd., Akron, OH 44319, Pastor Joel Stroup officiating. Victor was a sweet nephew who will greatly be missed. My heart and prayers go out to the family and especially Joann. God only takes the very best when he needs a new angel. Love to you all and may god give you the peace and strength you need at this time.
