Dreama Cremeans Obituary
POMEROY — Dreama Sue (Sawyers) Cremeans, 61, of Pomeroy, Ohio, passed away Saturday, Feb. 11, 2017, at her home following an extended illness.
She was born Aug. 17, 1955, in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia, a daughter of Robert Lee and Catherine Virginia (Allen) Sawyers. She was predeceased by her sisters, Irene Miller, Irma Jewell and Catherine Cox.
Dreama was a registered nurse and was last employed by Ohio Health O'Bleness Hospital, Athens, Ohio. She attended Soul Harvest Church, Mason, W.Va., and enjoyed quilting, singing, painting, and playing the omnichord.
Survivors include her husband, Michael Eugene Cremeans; sons, Michael Joe Cremeans of Pomeroy, Shawn D. Cremeans and his wife Bonita of Syracuse, and Tom E. Cremeans and his wife Amy of Pomeroy; daughter, Mary Beth Hickman and her husband Floyd of Little Hocking; brothers, Robert Sawyers of Athens and Carby Sawyers of Louisville, Ky.; sisters, Glenna Lee of Covington, Va., Loretta Nelson of Boise, Id., Mary Machir of Point Pleasant and Jeanetta Miller of Middleport; 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Service will be Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2017, at 6 p.m. at the Foglesong Funeral Home, Mason, W.Va., with Pastor Jason Simpkins officiating. Visitation will be from 5-6 p.m., Wednesday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers donations are preferred to the Dreama Cremeans Scholarship Fund for Nursing, C/O Foglesong Funeral Home, P.O. Box 367 Mason, WV 25260.
