Franklin Wilson Obituary
RACINE — Franklin "Benny" Wilson, Jr., 75, of Racine, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, March 7, 2021, at Holzer Hospital, Gallipolis, Ohio.
He was the son of Franklin "Hack" Wilson, Sr. and Bernice "Kate" Wilson, who preceded him.
Benny was a 1963 graduate of Middleport High School. Benny was an avid hunter, automobile fan, and enjoyed raising and training beagles for field trial competition.
He is survived by his son, Brent Wilson and Brent's mother Eunice Wilson; sisters, Sharon (George) Hawley, Middleport and Ann (Gary) Wigal, Frostproof, Florida. He is also survived by several cousins and a niece, Nicole Barton, Parkersburg, W.Va.
Due to the COVID pandemic a memorial service will be held later this summer.
