Joseph Rayburn Obituary
POINT PLEASANT, W.Va. — Joseph Walter Rayburn, 88, of Point Pleasant, W.Va. died Thursday, Jan. 31, 2019 at St. Mary's Medical Center in Huntington, W.Va.
A service will be 1 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2019 at Wilcoxen Funeral Home with Pastor Chip Bennett officiating. Burial will follow at Suncrest Cemetery in Point Pleasant. Military graveside honors will be given by the Air Force Honor Guard and Stewart-Johnson VFW Post 9926 of Mason, W.Va.
