CROWN CITY — Mark Eugene Simms, age 36, of Crown City, passed away on Sunday December 16, 2018. Born April 29, 1982 in Gallipolis, he was the son of Melvin Eugene Simms and Gwytha Lucille Lambert Simms.
Mark was a laborer.
He is survived by his father, Melvin Simms of Crown City; mother, Gwytha Simms of Crown City; daughter, Markaela Simms; and brother, Jamie Dale Simms of Crown City.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m., Sunday December 23, 2018 at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Ohio Valley Memory Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 6 - 9 p.m.
