LEON, W.Va. — Melvin "Tucker" Rollins, 83, Leon, W.Va. died November 16, 2019, at his home.
Service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, November 20, 2019, at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, W.Va. with Pastor Ivan "Pete" Cobb officiating. Burial will follow in the Bethel Cemetery, Leon. Visitation will be from 6 - 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
