RODNEY — Patsy Ann Estep, 73, Rodney Community, passed away at 4:25 p.m. Tuesday, November 7, 2017 in the Hospice Suite at the Holzer Medical Center. Born March 27, 1944 in Kanawha County, West Virginia she was the daughter of the late Franklin A. and Mabel Hobbs Withrow.
She was a retired registered nurse from the Holzer Medical Center and a former member of Gallipolis Chapter #283, Ohio Eastern Star. Pat is survived by her husband, Thomas J. "Jack" Estep, whom she married May 27, 1963 in Cedar Grove, West Virginia, her two sons, Thomas J. (Donna) . Estep Jr., Newark, Ohio and Timothy James Estep, Las Vegas, Nevada, grandchildren, Tony Chapman, Joshua Estep, Lillanna Paige Estep, Timothy Michael Estep and Sarah Michelle Estep, her sister, Brenda (Joe) Shilling, Chelyan, West Virginia. her brothers, Richard A. (Dawn) Withrow, Woodstock, Illinois, David Lynn (Nancy) Withrow, Alexander, West Virginia, and Paul Glenn (Barbara) Withrow, Glasgo, West Virginia. Also surving is Celine Ruffier, an exchange student from France who was like a member of the Estep family.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Mildred Quinn and two brothers, Franklin "Jake" Withrow and Kenneth Withrow. A memorial visitation will be conducted from 5 - 8 p.m. Thursday at the Cremeens-King Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Pat's memory to one's favorite charity. Pat's care has been entrusted to the Cremeens-King Funeral Directors.

Patsy was one of my oldest and dearest friends. We have been friends since junior high school and later became cousins by marriage. She will be missed greatly but at last she will be pain free. Rest in peace my dear friend. Love you
