Stephen Templeton Obituary
GALLIPOLIS FERRY, W.Va. — Stephen Russell Templeton, 71, of Gallipolis Ferry, died Monday, Sept. 5, 2016, at home. A funeral service will be 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 9, 2016, at Wilcoxen Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, W.Va. Burial will follow at Pisgah Cemetery in Gallipolis Ferry. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
