ONA, W.Va. — William D. Adkins, 75, of Ona, passed away Thursday January 26, 2017 at home.
Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday January 29, 2017 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday January 28, 2017 at the funeral home.
