April 7, 1924 - August 20, 2018 OKLAHOMA CITY Blanche Lawanda Blankenship died on August 20, 2018 in Oklahoma City, OK. She was born April 7, 1924 in Marsden, OK to William and Jennie (Willingham) Talley. She married Deb Blankenship on July 15, 1945 in Oklahoma City, OK. Blanche retired from Hartford Insurance after 30 years of service. She enjoyed traveling, going to church, and spending time with family. She was preceded in death by her parents and beloved husband, Deb Blankenship. She was loved by her family: son, William Blankenship and wife Margaret, and their boys, Scott and Michael; daughter, Debbie Coleman and husband Charles and their daughters, Kathy and Kelli. Services will be Saturday, August 25, 1:30pm at Mercer-Adams Chapel with interment in Chapel Hill. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Oklahoma Baptist Disaster Relief.
