Feb. 5, 1943 - July 6, 2017 BETHANY E. Dale Conner, 74, went to be with the Lord July 6, 2017, at his home. He was born Feb. 5, 1943, in Chickasha, OK to James and Alta (McCoy) Conner. A veteran of the U.S. Army Reserve, he retired from Tinker Air Force Base as an industrial engineer. He faithfully served the Lord and his church as a Royal Ranger Sr. Commander and a church leader. Survivors include his loving wife of 48 years, Shirley, of the home; son, Jeff Conner & wife Tara, of Crescent, OK; daughter, Julie Eischen & husband Jason, of Yukon, OK; sister, Lucy Ward; sisters-in-law, Louis and Freda Conner; grandchildren, Brandon Conner, Shayla Conner, Jessica Craig & husband Andrew, Jill Eischen, and Jasie Eischen; great-grandson, Easton Conner; and many nieces and nephews. Dale was preceded in death by his mother, Jewell Conner; his two brothers, J.D. and Joe Conner; and brother-in-law, Frank Ward. Viewing will be Monday, 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. with family present 6-8 p.m. at Mercer-Adams. Services will be Tuesday, July 11, 10 a.m. at Good News Church, Yukon, with interment in the Bethany Cemetery.
