DOUGLAS BROWNEN

Brownen March 7, 1966 - April 2, 2015 BETHANY Douglas Kent Brownen, a devoted son, beloved husband and grandfather, and dedicated businessman, met his loving Savior on April 2, 2015. Doug passed away suddenly at work doing what he loved to do. He shared his life here with his wife, Lorri Brownen. He successfully provided for his family which consisted of his sons, Brett Thomas, Logan Brownen (Casey Scott), Ryan Brownen, and daughters, Kari Martin (husband Joe), and Leah Foster (husband David). Doug loved his grandkids and enjoyed laughing with them. All the grandkids will miss him dearly: Leila, Danica, Faithann, Hope, Madyson, Jett, Aria, Mason, and Richard (on the way). Doug will be fondly remembered by his parents, Bruce and Janice Brownen of Oklahoma City; his two brothers, Jeff Brownen (Oklahoma City) and Mike Brownen (Flower Mound, Texas); his aunt, Linda Morris; and cousin, Tammy Akin (husband Terry) will miss him dearly. Doug was a graduate of Putnam City North High School Class of 1984. He loved helping others and giving his time building his successful company. Services will be held at 1:00pm on Thursday, April 9th, at Covenant Community Church, 2250 S. Yukon Pkwy, Yukon, OK with interment to follow in Resurrection Cemetery.
