"Doug" RundleJan 15, 1967 - Oct 31, 2013 BALDWIN CITY, KS Memorial services for Douglas Duane "Doug" Rundle, 46, Baldwin City, KS, will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday, November 7, 2013, at Stillwater Oklahoma, LifeChurch. He died on Thursday, October 31, 2013 at his home. Doug was born January 15, 1967, in Perryton, Texas. He was the son of Larry and Elaine Rundle and the late Debi Hudson Dunkerson. He had a Bachelor's of Science in Education and was currently attending Kansas City Kansas Community College. He was an EMT and member of the Baldwin City Fire Department. He served his country in the U.S. Army as a Sgt. 1st Class and was most recently a U.S. Army Career Counselor. He married Raira Clark April 1, 2011, in Gardner, Kansas. She survives, of the home. Other survivors include two daughters, Gracie Rundle and Kelsey Kelley, of the home; two sons: Matthew Rundle, Yukon, OK; and Kyle Kelley, of the home; one sister, Kitti Rundle, Port Charlotte, FL; and two brothers: Kelly Rundle, Dallas, TX; and Bobby Rundle, Mustang, OK. He was preceded in death by his mother and one sister, Melissa Daun Rundle. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials in Doug's name to Wounded Warrior Project and may be sent in care of the Warren McElwain Mortuary, 120 W 13th St, Lawrence, KS 66044.
