Everett Baxter Obituary

Everett Wayne Sr., 74 of OKC passed away Feb. 27, 2003. He was born Oct. 30, 1928 in Circleville, KS to Elmer Baxter and Roxiline (Robinson) Baxter. He graduated from Circleville KS High School in 1946. He came to Oklahoma shortly after serving in the Army Air Corp. in W.W.II. He was a salesman for Curtis Restaurant Supply Co. for almost 25 years. He worked as a salesman for Oswalt Restaurant Supply Co for 10 years before retiring at the age of 71. Everett loved his family very much and was especially proud of each of his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife Mary of the home; sons Darryl of OKC, Everett Jr. and wife Barbara of OKC, and Charley and wife Krista of OKC; daughter Kathy Pinson of OKC; 1 brother Merton and wife Mickey of Memphis TN; 8 grandchildren Chris, Justin, Chelcy, Kaylee, Taylor, Devin, Sarah and Alex; 3 great grandchildren Chandler, Shane and Chrislyn; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Everett will be forever missed by all who knew and loved him. Services will be at 10:00 AM March 4, 2003 at Vondel L. Smith and Son Mortuary, 6934 S. Western in OKC. Interment will be at 2:30 at Floral Haven Cemetery in Tulsa, OK. VONDEL L. SMITH & SON MORTUARY 6934 S. Western 634-1439

We will miss Mr. Baxter always waving to us everytime he was out

the same time we were. We didnt know him well, but we do know that we couldnt have had a better neighbor.
