Joan and family:

I want to offer my condolences on your and our loss of Frank. I knew Frank from the time I came to Oklahoma City in 1971. Frank was such a pilar of strength and leadership in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Science. I remember his wit and his intelligence in guiding Departmental activities and all the students and faculty. He led us through research projects, strategic planning and was always there when the Department was in trouble. I will remember Frank with kindess and appreciation. I was out of town on Wednesday and could not attend the funeral so I am very happy to have this opportunity .

Joan, I'm so sorry for your loss. Frank was full of life and an outstanding researcher and teacher. It saddens me no end that Art, Hal, Oz, and Frank are all gone now. I miss them all but am so glad that they taught so many of us as their legacy. My sympathies and prayers are with you at this difficult time.
