March 26, 1966 - Feb. 9, 2018 SULPHUR Jack Don Tabor passed away Feb. 9, 2018, at the age of 51. He was born March 26, 1966, in Sulphur, OK. Jack enjoyed playing music. He played the guitar. Jack also enjoyed singing. He enjoyed singing country and rock, and he loved singing to his wife. Jack was a huge Oklahoma Sooners fan. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and going to Fort Cobb Lake. Jack enjoyed family reunions at Lake Arbuckle. Jack enjoyed watching "Little House on the Prairie," "Touched by an Angel," "Mash," and "Daniel Boone." He also enjoyed watching Fox News and listening to Rush Limbaugh. He enjoyed debating politics and you always knew where he stood on issues. Jack collected clocks and his favorite hobby was fixing clocks and anything to do with clocks. Jack attended high school at Northwest Classen and he also attended Rose State College. Jack was self-employed and was the owner and operator of Central Core Supply. He was very outgoing and had a kind and loving heart and would help anyone in need. Jack had a witty sense of humor and a zest for life and he had a heart bigger than life. His first love was his Lord and Savior and being with his wife, Stacey, the love of his life for 33 years, his children, grandchildren, and family. Jack is survived by his wife, Stacey, of the home; two sons, Jack Tabor II & wife Danielle, of Sulphur; and Jacob Tabor, of Sulphur; three daughters, Stephanie Blankenship, of Oklahoma City; Jacqueline Shupe & husband Nick, of Moore; and Stacey Layton & husband Wilbur, of Harrah; 11 grandchildren; mother, Julie McBride; one brother, Joe Kain, of Mustang; and two sisters, Bobbie Kain, of Mustang; and Julie Little, of Yukon. He was preceded in death by his sister, Dee Ann Osborn. Funeral services for Jack will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2018, at Meeks Family Church, 11417 SE 149th in Oklahoma City. Interment to follow at Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Wheatland, OK. Services are under the direction of the John M. Ireland Funeral Home & Chapel, Moore, OK.
