Kathleen Jean Dove

Kathleen Jean Artman Dove came into this life Aug. 14, 1941, in Oklahoma City. She departed this life with a gentle whisper from her Shepherd-Savior calling her name in the morning hours of Dec. 24, 2020, after having finished her 79-year race and a long battle with cancer. Mawmaw is survived by her three beloved daughters, Leesa Morgan & husband Tom, Lori Morlan & husband Tim, and Heather Mathre & husband Jason; 17 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, Ray "Boss" Artman & Nellie "Nell" Artman; and her brother, Gary Ray Artman. Her salvation was based on Christ alone and in His work for her. She trusted Him as her Savior, and we have confidence that she is with Him right now and that her reunion with family who trusted in Jesus as well has been sweet. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to either OKC Food Bank or Meals on Wheels via (endinghunger.com).
