The gracious forgiveness that your parents showed to my family 40 years ago has been a constant reminder and inspiration of what a follower of Jesus looks like.

My precious Daddy. I miss you already! But I KNOW you're not gone forever, just absent from the body and present with the Lord. I WILL see you again because Jesus is my savior too. Mama's doing ok. She's stronger than we thought ... and Jesus is carrying her minute by minute. I'm taking care of her just like you were and I always will. I promise. I'm glad Austin got to show you his latest magic trick the other day! Oh, and you'd be proud. Allan pressed through and finished his finals in your honor. I love you forever. You're my daddy.
