To the Easlon family, I cannot express my sorrow for Phil's passing away. Phil was my boss for many years at Hunzicker Brothers in the marketing department. Unfortunately, I was not informed of his passing or I would have attended his funeral. I truly enjoyed working with Phil and the gold tournaments we hosted. May God bring your family peace in the days ahead. Sincerely, Janis Berryman

I met Phil at Hunzicker Bros. in 1976 when he was still in the Virginia Street location. He, Thurman, and Loy helped my family owned business in many, many ways. A true gentleman and man of integrity. Now he and Thurman are reunited. To all of his family: I never met you, but want you to know many, many people who owned businesses had the pleasure of doing business with Phil still remember him fondly. You should all be proud.

Phil was truly a family man, readily welcoming even in-laws of in-laws! Although technically unrelated, we were made to feel a part of the family whenever we had an opportunity to visit. We always enjoyed our visits, and we always admired his uplifting and positive spirit. We will miss you, Phil. And to Judy, Brett, Kim, Kylie, and the rest of the family, we extend our sympathy for your loss.
