He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his father, Ken Kolarcik; mother, Marie Kolarcik; sisters, Maura Gomez (Bobby) of Newport, North Carolina, and Leah Richards (Seth) of Ithaca, New York; brothers, Aaron Kolarcik (Maurita) of Louisville, Joshua Kolarcik (Brook) of Dumfries, Virginia, and Benjamin Kolarcik (Melissa) of Phoenix, Arizona.
A private service was held for Adam on Friday April 14, 2017 at Schur Funeral Home. Services were followed by interment at Floydsburg Cemetery.
