George Parrish Obituary
He was a member of Harrods Creek Baptist Church, a long time president of the Brownsboro Community Center, Constable of Brownsboro for over 35 years, Oldham Countian of the year, a Legend of Oldham County, a Kentucky Colonel and an over the road truck driver for Teamsters Local 89.
George is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Barbara Parrish; three sons, Lee Parrish, G. Carl Parrish and Anthony (Alice) Parrish; five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Friday, May 13, 2016 at Stoess Funeral Home, Crestwood, followed by burial in Harrods Creek Cemetery. Visitation was held from 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 12 at Stoess Funeral Home.

George will always be remember for his help with South Oldham Lions Club in arranging there meetings at the Brownsboro Community Center.
