James Rich Obituary
Jeffersontown
James A. "Jim" Rich of Jeffersontown passed away peacefully on Friday, June 14, 2024 at Baptist Health Louisville.
Jim is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 57 years; Sherry, two sons; James "Jimmy" Rich (Karen) and Kevin Rich (Janet Graff) and four grandchildren; Jolie Beville (TJ), James Kenneth "Jake" Rich, Kaylee Rich and Annemarie Rich. He also leaves to cherish his memory two great-grandchildren; Teagan and Riker Beville, his cat and best buddy; Trooper and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, June 21, 2024 at Ratterman Funeral Home, 3711 Lexington Road in St. Matthews. Visitation will be from 3-7 p.m. on Thursday, June 20, 2024 and after 10 a.m. until time of service on Friday at the funeral home.
Graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, (2501 N. Dixie Blvd in Radcliff) with honors.
In keeping with Jim's love of his church, please consider a memorial contribution to Hopewell Presbyterian Church, 13721 New Hopewell Road, Louisville 40299.
