Phil was a great person and co-worker. Never afraid to speak his mind. I had the pleasure of playing many a round of golf with him at OCCC and many scrambles. He was a very proud family man that adored his wife and loved his children. God Bless his family in this time of loss.

He was always full of life and jokes whenever he would come into his daughters veterinary hospital. Yelling were is Dawn!! I´m here to see her! He always put a smile on all of our faces when he visited. I will miss those visits and seeing his sweet smile.

My wife Myrna and I wish to express our condolences to Barbara and the family on their loss. We were Heather Hill neighbors with Phil and his family for many years. I also have fond memories of the many times I had the opportunity to play golf with Phil. May he rest in peace!
