Thomas Stokes Obituary

Thomas Emerson Stokes formerly of Henderson, Ky. passed away Nov. 9, 2021.
He was born to the late Thomas and Bettye Stokes in Henderson June 13, 1943.
Tom proudly served in the U.S. Air Force and retired from CSX after 34 years of service.
He was preceded in death by his siblings; Becky Tapp, Richard Stokes and Liz Gatewood.
Left to cherish the memory of Tom are his wife of 33 years; Donna Stokes, step-daughters; Lisa Allen and Karen Prather, grandson; Clayton Prather, extended family and friends.
A memorial service to celebrate the life of Tom will be held at Duncan Memorial Chapel in Crestwood Friday, Nov.26, 2021 at 2 p.m. with burial in Floydsburg Cemetery at a later date.
