Daniel Kyser Obituary
Born on Sept. 18, 1942, in Punxsutawney, Pa., a son of the late Robert and Hazel Milgate Kyser.
He was a graduate of Richburg Central School and served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1960 to 1965. Dan owned and operated Kyser Realty in Olean for many years.
He enjoyed carpentry, gardening and golfing.
Surviving are two daughters, Denise (Joe) Harenda of Rock Hill, S.C., and Tammy Wallace of West Palm Beach, Fla.; a son, Dennis (Ada) Kyser of Russell, Pa.; 14 grandchildren; a brother, Donald Kyser of Pennsylvania; and several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by two brothers, Richard and Robert Kyser; and a longtime companion, Marjorie Maxson.
Family will receive friends Thursday (March 27, 2014) at the Guenther Funeral Home Inc., 1303 E. State St., from 11 a.m. to noon, at which time a memorial service will be held. The Rev. Leslie Chambers, pastor of West Clarksville Baptist Church, will officiate.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society; or the Mildred Milliman Radiation Medicine Center, 1415 Buffalo St., Olean, NY 14760.

So sorry for your loss....Dan (Spike) was always so friendly and also very helpful when we were selling our rental property.....he will be missed by many.
