Gabriel Ann Cecile 'Gabby' Kranock, loving daughter, sister, granddaughter and friend

CUBA - Gabriel Ann Cecile "Gabby" Kranock, 19, of 5564 Little Road, Cuba, received her angel wings on Tuesday (Dec. 12, 2023).

Born Aug. 26, 2004, at Jones Memorial Hospital, Wellsville, she was a daughter of Denis P. and Lisa M. Ritter Kranock.

Gabby was a graduate of Cuba Rushford Central Schools, Class of 2023. While in school she enjoyed being athletic, excelling in basketball, track, softball and gymnastics. She also enjoyed spending time outdoors kayaking, hiking and camping.

Spending time with family and friends and listening to music were also some of her favorite activities.

In addition to her parents, she leaves behind two brothers, Tyler (Melissa Ganz) Kemp of Newburgh and Jonathan (Samanthe Logue) Kemp of Belmont; a sister, Cloey Kranock of Cuba; paternal grandmother, Martha Johnson of Cuba; maternal grandmother, Robin (Brian Eaton) Dando of Cuba; a niece, Harper; a nephew, Waylon; and her beloved service dog, Koda, who provided countless hours of love and companionship.

She was predeceased by an uncle, James Lockwood; and two great-grandmothers.

Friends will be received from noon until 4 p.m. Saturday (Dec. 16, 2023) at the Mark F. Rinker Funeral Home & Memorial Service, Inc., 9 Bull St., Cuba. at which time funeral services will be held. Pastor Bill Beck will officiate.
