Martin Frascella Obituary

Martin F. Frascella, husband, father, grandfather

CUBA LAKE - Martin F. Frascella, 76, of Cuba Lake, passed away Friday (Nov. 28, 2025) at Buffalo General Hospital, after a brief illness.

Born Sept. 3, 1949, in Buffalo, he was a son of Louis and Helen Cannon Frascella.  On April 12, 1969, in Hamburg, he married the former Christine R. Seiders, who survives.

He was a graduate of Hamburg High School. He was employed as a conductor for Conrail prior to his retirement.

Martin enjoyed trap shooting, reloading ammunition and his classic cars. He was a member of the Holland Rod and Gun Club and the Sons of the Shawn M. Clemens Memorial AmVets Post 1 in Cuba.

In addition to his wife, Christine, he is survived by two sons, Michael Frascella of West Valley and Joseph (Lisa) Frascella of Franklinville; a daughter, Lisa (Terry Forward) Frascella of Friendship; his grandchildren, Maria, Kate, Rachel, Lauren, Reagan and Louis; two brothers, Paul Frascella of Naples Fla. and Jim (Tina) Frascella of North Collins; two sisters, Susan (Ken) Rogers of Ohio and Mary Lalley of Hamburg; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday (Dec. 6, 2025) at the Mark F. Rinker Funeral Home & Memorial Service, Inc., 9 Bull St., Cuba.

In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital of Oshei Children's Hospital.
