Hello Linda and family. I recently read that Phil had passed and I wanted to send my wish for peace and love for all of you. Phil was a remarkable man and friend. The few projects we did together were very special because of his interest and thoughtfulness. I appreciated the time of my life spent with him in serving others from chicken barbeques, to the playground projects and the vial of life program. May your lives be filled with joy of his memories rather than sadness with his absence. God bless each of you.
