Robert Charles Cole

WELLSVILLE - Robert Charles Cole, of Wellsville, passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at his home peacefully, with family by his side.

Born Sept. 8, 1942, he was the son of Albert D Cole and Eva Olmsted Cole.

Bob was employed by Worthington and then Dresser Rand as a machinist and as auUnion director until his retirement.

Bob was a U.S. Navy veteran, an avid fisherman and hunter. He could be found during hunting season at "the cabin," enjoying stories with the guys. He was also a member of the Elks Club in Wellsville.

He will be remembered for his great personality and anyone who met him came away with a new friend.

Bob is survived by his wife, Donna two sons, Kevin Cole and Kelly Cole; two daughters, Kendra Cole and Katrina Harris; three stepdaughters, Teresa Silverberg, Stefanie Osgood and Debbie Doucette; his brother, Fred Cole; sister, Ellen Carney; and also several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a daughter, Kristy Shrubb; two sisters, Lyla Monahan and Marion Cole; a brother, Rodney Cole; and two nieces, Lisa Cole and Koney Monahan.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
