Robin Tolsma Obituary
SALAMANCA - Robin Lyn Tolsma, 59, passed away Monday (March 31, 2025) at the Absolut Care of Salamanca.
Born Sept. 17, 1965, in Los Angeles, Calif., she was the daughter of James Edward and Patricia Dorothy Holt Tolsma.
Robin graduated from Ellicottville Central School and worked for a number of years in Salamanca and Olean.
She enjoyed various hobbies including crocheting, drawing, cooking and baking. She was also very active and loved both walking and shopping.
Robin leaves behind her children, Amanda Tucker of Bradford, Pa., Cassie Tucker of Bradford, Mirranda Baker of Salamanca and Charrity Baker of Olean; her mother, Patricia; her grandchildren, Jomar Diaz-Polo, Thalia Diaz-Polo, Tiana Diaz-Polo, Jose Dias-Polo, Haley Bishop, Khloe Thomas and Isaac Dahlke; her siblings, Donna, Joshua, Jesse, Dustin and Linda; and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her former long-term boyfriend of 21 years, Christopher Henderson in 2021; and by her father.
The family welcomes friends to attend a visitation from 10 a.m. until noon Monday (April 7, 2025) at the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home, 3128 W. State Road, Olean. A funeral service will begin at noon in the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the Cattaraugus County SPCA, 1644 Olean-Hinsdale Road, Olean, NY 14760.
