Betty Hezel Obituary
Feb 28, 1931 - Sep 1, 2013
Papillion, NE. Preceded in death by parents, Ed and Gertrude O'Leary; husband Dr. James D. Hezel, DDS; and sister Mary Egan. Survived by sons, Steve (Beth), John, and Mike of Papillion, Tom (Amanda) of California; and eight grandchildren. Betty was a member of the Serra Club, former past President of the Papillion Library Association; member of the Omaha Council of Catholic Women; and a key member of the building committee to build the existing St. Columbkille parish building, where she was a member for over 50 years, and where her children were schooled.
VISITATION Thursday, September 5 from 5-7pm, with a Rosary at 7pm at the Kahler-Dolce Mortuary. MASS will be Friday, September 6 at 10:30am at the St. Columbkille Catholic Church in Papillion. Burial will be in the Cedar Dale Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to St. Columbkille Social Service Center. KAHLER DOLCE

To all who have posted here or read this. The Hezel family wishes to thank all who attended our Mothers funeral services, extended their condolences, or remembered our family in their thoughts. Our family lost a very important person and she will be greatly missed. We, her sons, will endeavor to carry on with what she taught us and pass that wisdom onto our children.
