Beverly Otis Obituary
June 19, 1925 - December 13, 2025
Beverly Morphy Otis, age 100, of Omaha, passed away peacefully on December 13, 2025, surrounded by loved ones.
Born on June 19, 1925, Beverly Morphy Otis was the beloved child of Arthur and Elsie Morphy. She grew up in Omaha, where she developed lifelong friendships and a passion for art and history.
She attended Creighton University and worked at Brandeis Department Store in Advertising. Beverly married Harry Binder Otis in 1945 and volunteered for the Omaha Symphony, was President of the Omaha Law Wives and was President to the Trinity Cathedral Historical Society.
Beverly was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur J. Morphy and Elsie Dolan Morphy; her husband, Harry Binder Otis; her brother, Harry Morphy and his wife Joan; and her sister, Nancy Morphy Crowe; and her daughter-in law, Maggie Otis.
She is survived by her son, Robert M. Otis; daughter, Sarah J. Otis; daughter, Elizabeth Otis Campbell and her husband Michael L. Campbell; son, Andrew B. Otis; granddaughter, Meghan Fane Nally and her husband Ryan Nally; grandson, Jon Otis; granddaughter, Alexandra Campbell; grandson, Christopher Campbell; great-grandchildren, Frances Nally, Wesley Nally and Sheppard Nally.
SERVICE Saturday, January 31, 2026, 10 a.m., at Trinity Episcopal Cathedral, 113 N. 18th St., Omaha.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Beverly's memory to Child Saving Institute, 4545 Dodge St., Omaha, NE 68132.

To Betsy, Sarah, Andy, and Bob,
Your mother was one of the kindest people that I knew growing up in Omaha. I have fond memories of her especially when I asked my mother if I could speak to the Easter bunny on the phone. Your mother posed as the Easter bunny over the phone! I was thrilled and said to my mother, "the Easter bunny sounds just like Beverly Otis! May you all be blessed with joyful memories of your mother.
