FUNERAL SERVICE: Saturday, May 31st, 11:00AM at StoneBridge Christian Church, 15801 Butler Ave., Omaha, NE.
FAMILY INTERMENT: Cedar Dale Cemetery

I knew of Chase through his aunt and grandmother. My son is a year older than Chase and my heart sincerely reaches out to the whole family for your greatly loved dear one. All I can say is that our Holy Father has called your loved one home. Chase obeyed. Bless Chase to enter our Holy Fathers Kingdom through Jesus' mercy and advocacy.
