November 4, 1968 - November 10, 2023

Chris Allen Sorensen, age 55, died on Friday, November 10th, 2023, in his home after a tough battle with anaplastic thyroid cancer. He grew up in the small town of Arlington, NE. After graduating high school, he attended Midland University in Fremont, NE where he played golf. He then moved to Omaha, NE where he worked at RNDC for over thirty years. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Sorensen. He is survived by his wife, Sarah Sorensen, daughter, Chloe Sorensen, son, Ethan Sorensen, mother, Joan Sorensen, sister, Paula Schneider and family.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 29th, 2023 at 1 p.m. at St. Paul's United Methodist Church, 324 S Jackson St. Papillion, NE 68046. Visitation will begin at 12 p.m. before the service. Memorials and Donations in his name may be made to Methodist Estabrook Cancer Center in Omaha, NE.
