Don is a retired Omaha police officer and is a United States Navy veteran.
Donald is preceded in death by his parents, Everett Duke and Lucille Waller; and sister, Lila Zavitz.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Donna Duke; children, Patrick Duke, Brian Duke; and stepdaughter, Kathy "Cookie" (Scott) Reuman; grandchildren, Madison (Dawson Carter) Duke, Mikayla Duke, and Brittany Reuman; brothers, Mike Waller and Roger Waller; and nieces; nephews; and other family; and friends.
GRAVESIDE SERVICE Monday, October 20, at 12:30 p.m., at the Omaha National Cemetery. CELEBRATION OF LIFE to immediately follow at the Circle C Ranch (12118 S 36th St). In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
