September 23, 1931 - June 17, 2024
MEMORIAL SERVICE: Saturday, September 14, 2024, at 11 a.m. at the Pacific Street Funeral Home with a VISITATION: one hour prior to the service. She will be buried in the National cemetery with her husband Ed Hersey.
In lieu of flowers, she kindly requests that donations be made to the Nebraska Humane Society or Wounded Warrior Project.

A lover of all furry creatures Doreen always had time to give a snuggle to our dogs as we walked by her house. A lovely neighbor with a sly sense of humor ;). She will be missed indeed.
