Elizabeth "Beth" Ruth Bunker Schneckloth, 60, of Lincoln passed away on Monday, November 22, 2021, surrounded by family and friends after a sudden illness. She bravely battled astrocytoma and the side effects of its treatments her whole life. Beth was born on August 28, 1961, in Pontiac, MI, to Richard and Florence (Schutter) Bunker.

Beth is survived by her husband of 31 years, Erik; her daughter, Kathrina (Jeremiah) Knepper; her son, John all of Lincoln; her mother, Florence Bunker of Ames, IA; brothers, David (Janet) Bunker of Ames, IA, and Mark (Sarah) Bunker of Overland Park, KS; numerous nieces, nephews extend family members and friends; brother-in-law, Scott (Barbara Buckley) Schneckloth of Gettysburg, PA; special friends, Tram Rademacher and Juanita Garner, both of Lincoln. Beth was preceded in death by her father.

Family will greet friends at Roper and Sons Midtown Chapel, 4300 'O' Street, Lincoln, NE 68510, on Saturday, December 4, 2021, from 4-6pm. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held 11am, December 18, 2021, at the Bethesda Lutheran Church, 1517 Northwestern Ave., Ames, IA 50010. The family will greet friends from 9-11am, prior to this Service.

Burial will be held in Minden, IA, at a later date.
